We are testing a new way of exporing music tonight - its called a World Wide Weed Music Tour.

Weed is a music community that believes sharing is good. Weed is a new way of sharing music - legally - with the artist getting paid. Tonight we are going to test a new way of exporing music - a communal exploration of music on the World Wide Weed Tour. Tonight we are trying to see how many people can get on the chat system and explore the music and see if it crashes. We're also looking for opinions on how to improve the tour.

The WWWMT will begin at 6:00 pm PST tonight - Thursday, February 17.

New to Weed / Combine the Two Weed Tribes?

Hi All,

I just got involved with Weed - I'm a musician, work in the music instrument industry - and think Weed has the potential to really take off.

There's two Weed groups on Tribe - anyone think we should just combine the two? (I'm posting a duplicate message on the other weedshare tribe.)

I just love weed ,-) (now that's an old joke ...)

Apart from that: there's an ad campaign by Mercedes where you can get a whole album of indie electronic music for free.

The sound is quite similar to Electronica and some "Other" stuff at magnatune.com.
